Dollar sign values

I am getting the following results from my queries and workbooks.

0.0 /$

Has anyone come across this or know what could be the cause?

I am also getting some columns with the $ (Dollar Sign) and some columns without the $ (Dollar Sign)

What could be the cause and how are the dollar signs (4) generated for the query result display?
