PM Querry regarding workflow

anyone plz explain the process flow for workflow ? and setting related to that.

hI,

For the standard functionality you can use T code OOCU,

Here you 'Enable the link' which u want to be activated for Work flow management E.g Notification Creation.

If U want to assign a particular User - The only person who can receive the created notification, u can assign it in 'Assign Agent' tab.Else U can select 'General Use' tab so that it will go to all the Users.

Hope this is ur need, But if u want to extend ur Use, then u might need to deal with ' Work Flow Management' Expert.

Do you want to activate the standard Workflows for PM , They get trigerred once the notification is created. these workflow could be activated thru customization.
