Crystal reports migration task

Hi Team,

I have a requirement in my current project we have a Crystal reports in BO 3.1 version, actually planning to migrate all crystal reports in to BI 4.2 version Crystal report.

The challenge is BO 3.1 version Crystal report the back-end is Source of Oracle Tables, so we need to migrate from BO 3.1 version in to BO 4.2 version.

How to do achieve these, can you please provide me the step by step to Migration for (BO 3.1 version) older version in to new version (BI 4.2 version) for Crystal reports.

Crystal reports what are all the advantages and disadvantages when we use of Migration for BO 3.1 in to BI 4.2 version.

Kindly guide me how to achieve following above scenario, pleas help me out this requirement it is little urgent.
