PI installation key using solution manager

Hello,

I need help regarding XI installation using solution manager. I have installed SOLMAN40 on windows. MaxDB and local SLD are installed. I want to use MAXDB and SLD for PI also. Do i need to take care anything. Because Solman and PI are on same host.

Please help to generate key.

After SOLman. do i need to set anythig for SLD or WEBAS etc.,

You mean windows commandprompt -- slicence will generate the key.

<b>Yes</b>, in the system in which you have installed the SolMan. OR

login to SolMan and use tcode SMSY. But i don't have much idea about this.

Hi Sri,

go to command promt with admin rights and write "slicence" you will all the details and then apply the licence.
