LIS - S001 How can I populate Cost of incoming sales & Cost of Sales??

Hi dear LIS gurus:

For some reasons, key figures in S001 like 'Invoiced Sales: Cost' & 'Orders: Cost' contains 0 are not populated, can one of you guys tell me what do I need to do to get those fields populated? Or can you provide me with documentation as how and what to do in order to populate them??

hi,

make sure you have selected the correct fields in comm. structure, i guess it not possible to fetch values against individual cond. types, you may to store the cost in some subtotal field to make it appear in the comm. struc. and also check defined appropriate update rules.

Thank you very much for your helpful information. Since we are using standard SAP delivered LIS structure, for instance key figure 'Orders: cost' source table is MCVBAP, source field is WAVWR, because we did not make any modifications, this field should be populated like most of other fields. And I can see that in our VBAP this field WAVWR contains data. We specified a statistics group for material, customer... like we suppose to. I am new to LIS, did I miss something? So far 2 important key figures for us 'Orders: cost ' and 'Invoice Sales: Cost' both contains 0. Please advise.

hi david,

since hte data is getting populated correctly in the table then it shud be fetched in the LIS. since that is not happening, so kindly check the update rules and timing. make sure you have activated/generated the structure too
