SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migration

Hi all,

We have many interfaces existing in PO connecting legacy system with ECC using IDoc/BAPI/Proxy. Now the client is planning to migrate to S/4 HANA(can be either cloud or on-premise), so what would be the impact on existing interfaces -

If client is moving to S/4 HANA on-premise, I believe all existing interfaces can be retained as such by modifying the connection settings in PO and ECC. We can still use IDoc/BAPI/Proxy to exchange messages with S/4 HANA on-premise edition.

For S/4 HANA cloud, what would be the best approach? How can the existing interfaces configured in S/4 HANA cloud application?
