Outbound delivery for CRM5.0

Hi experts,

Heard that outbound delivery can be done in CRM5.0. I know that it cannot be done in CRM4.0 but need to use OLTP system to delivery. Can anybody confirm that it is an integral part of CRM5.0. If so, where in CRM5.0 can u do that. A quick response would be really appreciated.

Hi Fredrick,

Nothing has changed in CRM 5.0 for outbound delivery as compared to 4.0. I believe CRM 5.0 service parts management has some functionality to support 3rd party delivery process. But I never worked on that module before.

But if you use SAP Business package 5.0 for CRM, then you should be able to integrate R/3 outbound delivery process into SAP EP 7.0/6.0

It is required to configure the workset order full-fillment of the business package. This workset gives functionalities like outbound delivery process, outstanding orders etc.

12. Highlight business transaction profile Y_TSA_OUT and double-click on view Dependent Business Transactions.

13. Choose New Entries and maintain the following values:

14. Choose Save and choose Back twice.

15. To create another business transaction profile highlight the standard profile SERVICE and choose Copy As… .

16. Repeat step 3-6 to create the following business transaction profile:

When creating new data manually (not using the BC-Set) for both languages (EN and DE), you need to maintain translation-sensitive data (descriptions, titles, texts etc.) twice, after having logged on the system with the appropriate language (EN and/or DE).
