Hello - A Dispute for Claims was created in ECC and it was transferred to SAP TPM. Try to run UDM_PUBLISH_DISPUTE_CASES in ECC. While accessing the dispute case at the TPM Portal side - I get the below Error message.

Error in system SPPCLNT300 while copying the document

Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020

Diagnosis

Errors occurred while transferring the document into another system. To view the error messages, see the enclosed log.

An error occurred while processing event 0002 (Notification E CRM_CLA_ERP_DC_APPL 003)

I have checked thoroughly at ECC and everything looks good but the issue seems to be at the TPM Portal side. Can some one suggest what need to to be checked on the TPM side in order to get rid of the above error. I am unable to edit the case using the TPM Portal.
