SAP BPC The searched item "XXX" was not found

Hello,

After a Dimension Transport from dev to prod environement (BPC NV), a user cannot find an Entity in Excel addin. The same user can see it in web. What could be the root cause of this behavior and how can I fix it? Any Idea?
