oData extension - not able to asseble and download patch solution

Hello experts,

just one of the latest blogs explained how to extend the oData standard service via an oData extension object in pdi (.xodata).

So I added an extension field from customer xbo to the sapc4c odata service into AccountCollection. I activated the odata service and closed the screen.

In the pdi I am not able to activate or delete the odata extension. When i remove the extension field from the standard odata in the Silverlight UI I am able to delete the odata extension.

If I want to Assemble and Download the patch solution, the status tells me to check in all files and activate the solution. When I right click the soluion in the solution explorer the option to check in all files is greyed out. When I activate the whole solution it works perfectly fine. I am still not able to activate the oData extension by itself.

Is there any way to check in the oData extension and make it downloadable for the next patch?

Hello Guys,

short update: Your not even able to create a change projekt when an oData extension objekt is in an deaktivated patch solution.

I had to delete the .xodata to be able to create an change project.
