F-03 Copy Open Items amount to Excel using VBS

Hi,

I'm new in my company and this is my first time using SAP. I was assigned to clear a 50,000 more open items which made me crazy. Is there a way for me to copy the amount on the generated data from SAP to Excel using a macro/VBS?

I am currently using SAP 740.
