Hello All,
I am working as an ABAP Devloper(2YRS) with some security and GRC knowledge. What should be the next step to enhance my skill set? Should I learn HANA/S4?
Or should I move towards Management Roles?
Alice: Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?
The Cheshire Cat: That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.
Alice: I don't much care where.
The Cheshire Cat: Then it doesn't much matter which way you go.

Sound advice by Bartosz Jarkowski - 2Yrs in is a Good Start but you probably haven't "seen it all" yet ...
Being a 'modern-day' ABAP'er should bring you much reward both for yourself and the companies you work with : moving to new Technology-Platforms, more API-centric use, possibly moving to new DB (HANA) and / or UserInterface (Fiori / SAPUI5) ... There's lots of Areas within the SAP Technical Solutions to be of value.
Do you have some preferences in certain SAP Specific (Technical) Areas? So maybe you could focus on Certain NIches, other than Security / GRC?
A good Technical Consultant / Developer can always move up in the Organisation (to an Architect / Manager/ ...) if you have Technical Bagage as well as Social Skills. But if that is a Goal, that implicitely means you should strive for it, not expecting it to happen in a couple of Years.
Moving up and having a Change of Scenery sounds nice (at first), but (usually) the Grass may seem Greener than it is ...

Why not staying with ABAP and mastering your skills?

Learn SAP Business Workflow, Web Dynpro ABAP which would be of great help. Later, you can learn Fiori, UI5 as already stated.

You can also go for ABAP with HANA which will be an added advantage for S4HANA implementations.
