​Budget transfer error

Hi Experts

My client currently has the error during budget transfer.

“The budget amount is not sufficient for release

Message no. FMKU083.”

The scenario is like this:

Sender “FC A” has the budget balance which was received earlier through a budget transfer from “FC B”.

Now Sender “FC A” wants to send budget transfer back to Receiver “FC B”
