Req uisitioners Cannot Shop

Hi Guys'

Has anyone come across a problem where the a requisitioners gets the following error messages

No address found for partner function type GR &

No address found for partner function type Requester

We have checked the Org Plan, Address, Attribute nothing seems to be wrong.

Any idea? Please advise.
