Installation Team Structure - Technical/Functional/Architect/Analyst

Hi All,

Most of people in this forum did/doing MDM implementation.

My question is that whats the team structure is?

Whether there is requirement of functional consultants or Analyst in the implementation team?

Example take any Implementation Scenario you did - Vendor/Customer/Materials
