Hi,

In BPC Help document the below description is written as per adjustment level. Is there anybody who has used adjustment level and can highlight what further restrictions to be considered.

  • Adjustment Level: Indicates the execution sequence of all elimination rules. The system executes an elimination rule with an adjustment level of 0 first, then level 1, then 2, and so on. The result of an elimination rule with a lower adjustment level can be the input of an elimination rule with a higher adjustment level. The source audit ID for an elimination rule with an adjustment level larger than 0 has further restrictions.

I am trying to run the rules for level 0 and then use the results in level 1.

Thanks in advance

Yes I have tried destination audit as type automatic 'A'. Otherwise you cannot select it in the business rule as destination audit.

The case is when I run the rule it just considers the original amount it doesn't consider the populated amount in level 0.

level 0

Audit INP is original data

Audit C_EQU is populated

level 1

I am trying to get total INP + C_EQU and process it in business rule but system takes only INP amount and calculates it.

In the help document it says adjustment level has further restrictions. Am I missing something?

Any ideas?

Thanks

You didn't get what I said... I said, you will only be able SELECT automatic audit trails. Not talking about destination here... Said that, don't think you will be able to use INP in the level 1.

If I remember well, subsequent adjustments will only select audit trails type Automatic...

Have you tried anything yet? What's the error?
