How to debug BADI UJW_LOCKOUT_SCHEDULE_BADI

Is there any body know how to debug BADI:UJW_LOCKOUT_SCHEDULE_BADI. I set breakpoint in this BADI and submit work status in EPM but can't trigger the debug session;

"submit work status in EPM" - this badi is not triggered when you change work status. It's triggered when the work status lock is checked!

P.S. For example, when you save data to the model with enabled work status control this badi will be triggered!
