Upgrade SAP B1 8.82 PL08 to 9.2 PL08

Hello.

I have:

- SAP B1 8.82 PL08

- SQL 2008

- windows server 2008

I need:

- Sap b1 9.2 PLO8

- SQL 2016

- windows server 2016

1º can I do the direct download? According to the sap note, I can lose data if I direct it to 9.2 PL08. First it should do for 9.2 PL04.

2º Can I make the two upgrades (1st pl04 and 2nd pl08) with the original machine with SQL 2008 and then copy the DB to the final machine with SQL 2016?
