Lead reminder notification when no action

I got the following request : send a notification when an open lead has been not updated since XXX days. How can I do it with the workflow rules ?

Thanks i've checked it out. But I still struggle to set this rule "

lead has been not updated since XXX days".

Would you know it by chance ?
