Suppress if duplicated not working in Detail section for header

Hi ,

I am facing an issue in Detail section where "Suppress in duplicated" not working for a certain header.

For field "SUB ID" have total 13 records, the setting is suppressing header for first 9 rows but for last 4 records its repeating header. Records are nothing but a chunk of 30,000 character.

In the image, you can see "Sub ID" as header and TDLINE as data.

For first 9 rows RC5 CAPACITY is suppressing but from 10th row to 13th row its showing header as RC5 CAPACITY and again for "RC5 Delivery" is showing correctly which is right.

Structure of sub report . I have applied "Supress if duplicated " setting to T_ET_TEXT36.SUB_ID.
