Hi expert,

we get the following error by starting the skill-application:

A critical error has occured. Processing of the service had to be terminated. Unsaved data has been lost.

I checked with http-trace and i see an 500 error http://<hostname>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/ess~skl/SkillsApplication;jsessionid=BbXQb1zYf...

In the trace log, fatal error:

you are not authorized to start service sap.com/ess~skl/SkillsApplication

jco's are woking.

application is available:

portal version 7.40.14

Hi,

So the problem you were having had to do with the set up of the JCo Destinations.

Where one should have been using SSO, it is hard coded.

Try this and your problem will get solved. 🙂

with the debug parameter (sap.xss.debug=t) we found out that the problem that the user didn't exist in this period.

error was: user xx doesn't exist in this period.
