Guest Account Using All Licences

We have a Guest Account on our Crystal report Server with 5 licences

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 2

Version: 14.1.2.1121

We never use Guest but some mornings we find Guest as somehow been allocated all 5 licences and we have to clear sessions so that other users can log in.

We do Schedule reports to email but I can't see why that would use all licences, it does not happen every day.

We also have another application which uses CRS as its report server, but vendor assures us that does not use Guest.

Any suggestions?

Is there a way to find out in logs what is triggering Guest?

Turns out the Software vendor lied!!

On looking through logs we could see the application creating multiple guest accounts and then not closing them.
