SAP script PO print problem

Hi all,

My requirement is to add revision level in PO which is generated by using SAPscript with output type NEU of application EF(this info is obtained from transaction NACE). When I add revision level in main window text elements,its showing me rev level in test print. But when I send this PO by e-mail in PDF format,its not showing it. Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi

Set the "options" parameter of the FM "OPEN_FORM" to create a spool id.

Fetch the spool no from table TSP01.

Convert the spool to PDF using FM "CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF"

then attch the PDF as an attachment to your email.

But my problem - changes done by me to add new column for rev level are not getting reflected in PO (PDF format) via mail. I can see the changes in test print only.

HI

Have u followed all the steps for sending mail. If not follwo this let me know

Brief Steps:-

1) As mentioned in the note define the communication strategy.

2) NACE--->EF->Click On Output Types.>Click on Position>NEU-->Select NEU & Double click on Processing routines>Select a record with menium = 1--->click copy & add a new record & change only medium to 5 keeping Pgm name & form name same & save it. Note down the req no. This will insert the record in TNAPR

3) Maintain an e-mail address of the vendor in vendor master

4) As per note maintain the your e-mail address in su01

5) go to me22n give th po no of the vendor whose e-mail address has benn maintained in step 3

6) Click on communication method & maintain the communication strategy defined in Step 1. Click on Further data-->Dispatch time--->Select option 4 Send immediately ( While saving the application )

7) go to messages.Create a new message with output type = 'NEU' medium = '5' partner Function 'VN' with partner = vendor code

😎 Just press save & po will be sent to the e-mail address of the current po's vendor.

But problem is that my new changes are not getting reflected in PO, when I send PDF format of PO via mail through transaction ME22N. I mean to say column which I added is not appearing in PDF PO,its showing me the same format as before.
