Where we need to write the for Route field in ME21N,ME22N transaction code item box-shipping tab

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to write the logic for Route field under Item box -> Shipping tab in transaction code ME21n, ME22N, Route field is f4 help field based on our business requirement we want to populate data from other way for Route field, So anybody can help me for this requirement where i need to write the logic. i mean BADI, USER EXIT, OR Enhancement Point.
