Migrate multiple products into Service Request

Hello,

I have noticed when using the migration template to upload service tickets, only one product can be entered for each service request. As the field "Reference Product ID" is in the general tab and not maintained separately. Is there any way to migrate multiple products for each service request?

I only see 3 options

1)Use "items" tab to import multiple product but this is actually a bit confusing with the product tab as this is a separate tab in C4C.

2)Use for each product another service request

2)Create a custom object and use a custom migration file. This will require most effort in development.

    Hello Arian,

    In this case, you can use the Tab "Item" in the Migration Template to add more than one Product per Service Ticket, it is required to fill the Field "Product ID" in the Template file.
