contract account not replicating from CRM to ISU - Getting error in middleware

Hi,

I am trying to replicating the contract account from CRM to ISU but it is not replicating , we are getting error message in middleware that "contract account not found".

i have checked the queues in both the side , it is not stucked also.

But we have the error in ISU Tcode - ECRMREPL where error is "Contract Account XXXX not yet replicated .

i tried to do delta load from CRM to ISU but still getting error "Contract not found".

Could you please help someone how to fix this issue.

Avi,

The error that you are getting is quite generic and can have many reason behind it.

To start with, Check with middleware settings T.Code SMOEAC (Check Publication and Subscription)

Depending on the business agreement class, the contract account templates are stored in SAP ERPin table TFK_BUAG_REF.

You can find this table in Customizing for

Financial Accounting under Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable-> Integration->Customer Relationship Management->Business Agreement ->Determine Template for Contract Account for Replication

Check FI-CA event 1022 & 1023 to determine whether the busines agreement should be selected as a standard business agreement

If the above doesn't work, then you need to check the cookbook:

"Set up and Load Guide for Business Agreements/Contract Accounts" that is available in SAPNet.

That will guide you how to go through the configuration and setup.
