Dear Expert
We use CRM 5.0 and CRMD_EMAIL to generate email templates. We can assign dynamic attributes to the email body but not in the subject. Do you know if it is possible?
(For example, the subject should be: ServiceOrder Transaction ID has been created.)
Thanks in advance
Stephanie
Really? It doesn't work where I am. Do we have to change something such as the text type or the customer scenario?
My text type is plain Text.
My customer scenario is ERMS.
Thanks a lot!
Stephanie

Thanks again! This is weird ... it is working for the body but not for the subject. I will create an OSS message if you tell me it should work.

Hi Stephanie - We are on CRM5 and have the same requirement to create personalised subject lines.
According to the CR600 Training Material, this is possible but I cannot drag the attribute to the subject line.
Would appreciate if you can let me know how you managed to resolve your issue.
Cheers....Brian
Hi Stephanie,
It is very much possible to make the subject of the E-Mail Dynamic, u only have to drag the attribute to the subject line.
