We want to use Crystal Reports (2016) with a REST service.

Does Crystal Report Support Connection to REST Services in general? If so, is it possible to assign dynamically a parameter, defined in section "Parameter Fields", to the specific REST request (URL)?

Is there another way to assign dynamically a parameter, that is controlled by the user, to

a specific REST request (URL)?

Best regards

Hi Ingo,

Crystal Reports 2016 reports will not work with Restful web services. SDKs for this are the .NET and Java SDKs.

Crystal Reports for Enterprise reports will work with RESTful services and the CR Restful APIs are designed for this report format.
