financial reports templates as per Schudule VI

Dear all,

How to do the trail balance , profit and loss statement and Balance sheet as per Schudule VI - by the using of Financial report template and how to do the sub total of particullar group in that active accounts.

for example in Revenue Drawer i am maintaing the Local Sales and Export sales i want to make subtotal for total sales, how to do the sub totals.

Please guide to me.
