SUM starting issue in browser

Hi Experts,

While starting SUM sp 18 tool I am getting below error in the browser. I have tried with other browsers also.But still same issue.

Error Details :

Status Code : 500

Status text : Internal Server Error

Here i am attached the screen shots.

screen 1: After log-in in with SIDADM.

Screen 2: After clicking on OK button in Screen 1 it continuously running but it is not moving forward.

Hi,

Have you run the following using CMD?

CMD1: <path>\SUM\startup.bat

CMD2: <path>\SUM\STARTUP.BAT confighostagent <SID>

Thanks for your reply,

We ran the commands previously with out <SID>. As per your suggestion we ran the commands with <SID> but still we are facing same issue.
