Sales Order Approval on ByDesign App

Hi All,

Not sure if ByDesign app works this way, but here is my question.

User created a sales order and because of the credit limit it goes into the approval process. Order can be released after the approval of any one of the approver out of 3. All three of them could see the sales order in Managing my Area ---> Approvals, but they cant see the same sales order in there SAP Business ByDesign app's Approval tab. We have also tried the SAP Business ByDesign Manager Approval app but the result is same. I am not sure if I am missing any setting/configuration or this is how these app works?

Dear Ramdutt Girdonia,

As of now Sales Order approvals are not part of the Manager Approvals App.

You need to approve Sales Orders from your SAP Business ByDesign system in the Managing My Area work center.

Is there any plan to add this functionality in the future release of the app?
