EWA Reports in MS Word

Hi,

I've configured my solution manager for EWA reports. The EWA reports

gets generated successfully and I can even view the report. But when I

click on the word icon to generate the EWA report in MS Word, it

processes and pops up the MS Word window and just generates a blank EWA

report with no data.

I've made the setting in MS Word as per Note 489806 - Using new Word

versions in Solution Manager (Operations). But still its unable to

generate the EWA report in word.

However if I click on the EWA report generated in the past like 1 -2

months old. The EWA report gets generated properly with all data. The

problem seems to be with the Macro.

I'm using SAP GUI 6.20 and MS Word 2002 SP3.

Please help me out on this!!!
