CoA before delivery creation?

I am new to QM so I have no idea if it is possible... The business would like to print a certificate of analysis prior to creating the delivery note. They need to provide the CoA to the customer to get an import permit. So my question is... Is it possible to print the CoA before delivery creation?

Absolutely. Are you printing them now? How and when? Have you looked at when your output items are created and if there are restrictions on them?

Usually in the output settings many places put a restriction on them that they can't be printed until after PGI. But that can be changed in the QM COA configuration. If you have a sales consultant available, they should be able to figure it out as SAP COA process uses much the same functionality and process as other types of shipping outputs, like Bills of Lading, Invoices, pick lists, etc..
