Failed to open the connection

Hi! I cannot connect to my datasource on my newly installed server. I have the same settings as I use on my old server where it works. Please look att the picture and tell me what to do.OS, windows server 2012 R2, Crystal Report 2016 Sp 4, 14.2.4.2410, Oracle

Hi Pär,

Are you able to connect to the database using any Oracle Client like SQL Developer/Toad?

Is the tnsnames.ora file setup correctly?
