Field selection

Hi,

Please suggest me how to consider ANZAU Field (means both Inversion and Field only (or) Inversion)

We are using only standard DataSources....No modifications..

So, Please suggest me for ANZAU field in 2LIS_11_VAHDR and similarly ANZFK field in 2LIS_13_VDHDR

I Think standard is only Inversion.....

Please help me out to solve this problem..

    hi venkat,

if you are enhancing the data source with new field means than only the two fields is checked(inversion, field only). otherwise the default settings will be there for data source in RSA5. here we can't able to change the settings.

hope this helpful. if helpful provide points

    regards

    Hi Venkat,

    Standard Settings are

    2LIS_11_VAHDR -ANZAU - Inversion

    2LIS_13_VDHDR -ANZFK - Inversion

Please understand the significance of this indicator, if it is set the field is inverted in the case of reverse posting. T

his means that it is multiplied by (-1). For this, the extractor has to support a delta record transfer process, in which the reverse posting is identified as such.

However , If the option Field recognized only in Customer Exit is chosen for the field, this field is not inverted. You cannot activate or deactivate inversion if this option is set.

Please check your business logic and report requiremnt + Modelling (Staging layer ODS) and then decide on it.

    Thanks

    CK
