We have integrated to a 3rd party quoting tool. We are using web services to bring in the product and pricing. It all works great until we want to make a change. When we relaunch the quoting tool we have decided to delete the existing items and then re-import them. The problem is once you submit it for approval the system disables the delete function. So now we can never change a quote. What is needed to set the system to allow the withdraw from Approval that hopefully will re-enable the delete function?
