Pricing Access sequence (T682I-KKOPF)

Hi Experts,

I have an issue with pricing as below. Please help with your knowledge.

I created a sales order successfully. Issue is one of the Discount/Surcharge condition type let's say ZABC. This condition type has 10 different accesses. And the price was determined at access number 3 successfully in the sales order.

Now when I create the billing document for the same after delivery and PGI is done. This condition is not populated in the billing document. When I check in Pricing Analysis, under this pricing condition only 5 accesses are visible (that is from 5 to 10). No accesses from 1 to 4 are populated. (Exclusive indicator is marked for all accesses except access 4). Now as there is no condition record maintained at any access from 5 to 10, there is no price determined. Here accesses 1 to 4 are also expected and determination should happen which is not happening.

Another observation I had is, in the table T682I, what I found is, a field called KKOPF is checked for accesses from 5 to 10. I tried to find out where do I see this field KKOPF is visible on screen in customizing but could not find (specific to separate accesses).

Additional information: Condition Type ZABC is group condition.

Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

It depends on the key fields combination you set in the access sequence, for that condition type, Customer would be at header level for example. Also, it would have been ideal had you shared the screen shot of the condition type configuration, access sequence settings and pricing procedure, for better understanding Also, is the issue for all billing documents or only in one document ?

    • Hi,

Issue is happening for some of the billing documents (I have positive as well as negative cases) but I could not find any pattern that can give a clue.

Here is a screenshot of the condition type definition.

Here is the screenshot of access sequence.

Here is the screenshot of table T682I.

Pricing procedure step where the condition type is set.

Pricing Analysis at sales order level for the mentioned condition type.

Pricing Analysis at billing level for the mentioned condition type.

Here everything is missing above access 045 and access number 050.

I hope this helps in understanding the setup.

Please help if it gives any clue.

      Thanks a lot.
