HTTP status 500 Error

Hi,

I have build a new business objects environment BI 4.1 SP4 with 2 web servers a
nd 3 app servers running in clustered environment.

Everythings looks fine.I am able to login to cmc ,but whey i try to modify the server settings and click save and close.I get HTTP status 500 error.

I removed tomcat work directory and restarted tomcat,but the issue is not resolved.

Do i need to reinstall the tomcat server or is there any alternative ?
