unable to remove tax type

HI All,

We recently added the tax type 87 on BSI with

Optional Rate =0

Override Max Wage = 0

because of which NY 87 is not getting calculated

Now the system is not allowing me to remove the entry, even I restored the BSI optional/unemployment override still its not getting removed.

any suggestion is welcome. other than delete the client and add again.

The problem happened on BSI not in SAP, We manually created a override for tax type 087 on BSI.

We are unable to remove it.

Hi Veer,

Did you try to delimit entry in BTXRATE and on BSI Tax factory if it is maintained.

Also, do you see /387 getting generated in the payroll results until now. This will help me to suggest further.
