Summation till current month day in each year

Hello

I have data like this in my bex report.

I need to calculate cummulated values separately for each year (0calday will not be on a report) till current month day. For example if today is 2017-09-21 it must sum values from yeach year till 21.09 and omit other caldays (till 2009-09-21, 2010-09-21 etc). On the next day it must calculate till 09-22 etc

is there any standard BEX variable that allows such calculation? If not how to create such one?

Thanks William. I was able to do it with Cell Editor and 0CALDAY restricted by 0CYTCD with required time shift.
