Hi guys

We are integrating the IDM 8.0 SP 5 with GRC 10.1 SP 13, however on the submit ac request task, we are receiving the error message

putNextEntry failed storingcn=testuser,ou=useraccessrequest,o=grc
Exception from Add operation:javax.naming.CommunicationException: [LDAP: error code 2 - (GRC User Access Request:2:Could not send Message.)]; remaining name 'cn=testuser,ou=useraccessrequest,o=grc'

and on VDS

Enabling SSL
Exception in GRC WS API call: could not send Message
*** Fetch result code ****
Operation result 2
Exception (GRC User Access Request:2:Could not send Message.)

any ideia?

Arivind

Hi Arivind,

We are currently facing the same error during our user loads, this does not occur for all the users and only for a few handful. We are currently on IDM 8.0 and GRC 10.1 SP 19.

Let us know what resolved the issue for you.

Thanks

Hi Aravind,

Could you check this blog, it may be helpful.

https://blogs.sap.com/2014/01/21/access-control-create-access-request-using-web-service-in-grc10/

Are you able to perform initial load?. I think may be web services not activated correctly.

Regards,

Jay

We have the same problem after initial VDS config on SP5. We also looked at https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/2093073 but this isn't a clear resolution. Can you share how you fixed your issue?

Got the same error after upgrade to SP5. I spent an hour to search the answer but can't find the solution.

I got this one but it doesn't resolve the issue. https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/2093073

If you have any idea, please share the URL. Thank you.

Please take a look in the forum and archives on this. (probably more the archives) I know this topic has been covered before.

Thanks!
