My Inbox Fiori App - The first tab (Icontabfilter) "Info" is not visible in the app

Hi Experts,

We have activated My Inbox - Approve Purchase Order app in our system (S/4 HANA 1511). It is showing all the WI. But the problem is with Detail i.e. S3 view of the app. The first IconTabFilter "Info" is not visible in the app. I have checked the error log and browser's console but there is no error. Please find the attached screenshot for better view.Could you please help me in this.

Please check if there are any errors in console.

Hi,

Please, check the following notes/KBAs:

2398026 - The detail information of purchasing items is not displayed in Fiori My Inbox for purchasing document approval

2333208 - Fiori app My Inbox: Work Item details not loaded

2532501 - Info button and information tab is missing from the My Inbox application

Moreover, I would suggest to check that you have installed PO factsheet correctly, clear the corresponding cache, and perform an initial DCL load.
