OCI: Open Catalog Interface setting and trouble shooting - Application Log on ECC

I try to implement an OCI-interface between ECC-PM and ARIBA.
The inbound section lead to some errors.
Is there a log-file available on ECC-side like it is on SRM side?
On SRM-side you can tag in the OCI-Paramters the option "Use Error Log".

If yes, you would get in tx SLG1 with object=BCT1 all OCI-parameter values listed that are sent back (inbound section) to ECC.
How can I get such a log-file on ECC-side?

Best regards, Petra

Hello Petra

I'm not aware of such a Logging-Feature in the MM / PM Punchout Facility (See link).

But if need be, you could something like that for yourself by making us of BAdI-Technology.

In case of PM (Catalog on Order to fill Components), you can implement BAdI "PLM_CATALOG_IF" (see SAP-KBA 537093 / SAP-Help link) ...

SAP-KBA 487917 provides insight on how Messages were Logged in the SRM-Scenario for Trx."SLG1", you could very well re-create that in the MM / PM Area I guess ...
