SAP SD S/4 HANA Certificaion details

hi ,

i would like to know the exact SAP SD S/4 HANA certification code. i have applied certification in learning hub but there i can see only CER006 not C_TS460_1610.

but when i gone through about S/4 HANA certification i got to know that this is the original certification :C_TS460_1610

please suggest.
