How can i configure a new place in sap sd region

Hi I just want to configure a new place in sap system . Region comes us a state. but I want to create district comes in a state. I had already configured OVK2 . please help me

Hi,

what do you mean by new place,is it the district-then you can go for sales district

we can also create sales groups as states and sales offices as district and assign them accordingly.
