SOCO requiremnts not getting cleared.

Hello Freinds,

I am working on SRM 4.0 classic scenario. The requiremnts are not getting cleared although follow on docs are created for them ( PO). This is happening for only service shopping carts and not for the goods.

Any inputs on this will be highly appriciated.

Have you scheduled the report as background jobs ??

1.CLEAN_REQREQ_UP

2.BBP_GET_STATUS_2

To test it once, if this helps...run these report using SA38 transaction without giving any input parameters.

Requirement will disappear in both the cases from sourcing cockpit, once PO is created.

Look at history of this requirement. Sometimes backend system post already purchased items to SOCO. There is a SAP Note 948716 for this problem

To delete the unwanted SC's from the SOCO list,you can implement the BADI "BBP_WF_LIST".Here you can write the logic for removing the unwanted SC's(based on the Old Po's) from the Sourcing cockpit i.e. Modify the List of SC's displayed in the Sourcing Cockpit.

Alternatively,you can also create a WF whereby you can reset the SOurcing indicator for the Old SC's so that they dont appear in the Sourcing cockpit.
