Hi CRM Experts,
Can anyone please help me on following queries
1)How to create (automatically) follow_up activities (3 to 4 transactions).
2)what is the use of crm_bsp_frame select.htm.
3)How to activate the multilevel categorization (Category modeler).

hello Sree,
2)SE80, selec the application CRM_BSP_FRAME and display and go to Flow logic and rightclick on Select.htm and and click on test, this Opens a Browser window that will open a list of BSP applications.
1)You can create follow-up activities automatically using Actions, if you change the status of the Transaction to complete or whatever that will trigger some methods like 1)Complete_document 2)Complete_Order the action to be scheduled by the action monitor.
