correlate the Jco connections with SMGW users

Hi Colleagues ,

Customer is facing the following problem .

Since we are unable to correlate the Jco connections with SMGW users,

we are simply unable to solve the problem of hanging Jco connections.

There are huge number of Jco RFC connections hanging for weeks. We need

to identify the problem. Can you please let us know how we could relate

Jco connections and SMGW users?? """""

can anybody help me out how to resolve this issue . it is very very important for me .

I want to remove those JCO connection entries which are closed already but present in the table when i run SMGW transaction on backend side .

Please can anybody help regading this

See if my reply in the following thread is of any help.

Also, make sure if the developer(s) have taken necessary steps to close the connection in the code.
