Not able to use excel in ALV report.

Hello All,

We have just applied patch for TDS.Previously we are able to use microsoft excel(ctrlshiftF7) to map result of ALV report in excle.But after applying patch we are not able to map result in excel.

system is giving error."View cannot be switched: Product is not installed or integration is not active."

current system status:

SAP 500 ,Support package SAPEK500036, Level 0036

Kindly help us to rectify this.wich patch should we applied to rectify this?from where and how we can download required patch?
