Bottom of SAP GUI windows truncated in Business Client

When displaying a new SAP GUI windows using Business Client and Fiori Visual Theme enabled, the bottom of the Window gets truncated. The problem does not happen when starting a standalone SAP GUI session.

Resizing the window solves the problem, but any new window will display the same behavior.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
